I mentioned in an earlier post about a wedding image competition, WedComp, which was judged by some of the industry’s best wedding photographers (Susan Stripling, Brooks Whittington, Garrett & Joy Nudd and David Beckstead). A significant portion of the total entry fees went to Thirst Relief.
I just found out that I placed 7th in the portrait category! 
This was my first competition and I only entered one image so I am very happy about that!
Here is the portrait of Jenny – one of my 2007 brides! It is definitely one of my favorite all time images. The first word that entered my mind when I first saw the image was ‘haunting’. It is one of Kevin’s (the groom) favorite too
